Do credits expire?

Answer

No. Credits never expire. Buy them when you need them and use them whenever your conferences happen — six months later, two years later, no difference.

Question 2

What counts as one credit?

Answer

One credit equals one generated certificate. Revoking a certificate does not refund the credit. Re-generating the same certificate after a template change does not cost an extra credit.

Question 3

How does the free tier work?

Answer

Every account gets 50 free certificates per year. The counter resets every 12 months from the date you signed up. Free certificates are always used first before paid credits.

Can I get a refund?

Answer

Refunds are handled case by case. Email sales@scholarcert.com within 14 days of purchase if the package doesn't fit your needs. Already-used credits are not refundable.

Do you offer enterprise pricing?

Yes. Packages of 25,000+ credits, custom contracts, invoicing, and dedicated support are available. Email sales@scholarcert.com to talk through your needs.

Are credits per organization or per conference?

Answer

Credits are per organization. One balance covers all conferences and editions in your account.

Do you offer invoicing instead of credit card?

Answer

Yes, for packages of 1,000+ credits. We use Stripe Invoicing — convenient for institutions with procurement workflows. Smaller packages are credit card only.
